I can not pair the headset to the device. |

|
- Make sure that you can pair the headset, only at pairing mode, which the blue LED is continuously on.
- To enter into pairing mode, give MFB a long press (more than 8 seconds) till the blue LED is continuously on. Then, pair the headset to the devices like as mobile phone, Bluetooth enabled computer or audio dongle, according to the device's manual.
Password is "0000"
[Depending on mobile phone models, it may request password, or not.
- The LED glitters after pairing, and it means the pairing successful.

After turning on the stereo headset, the music does not play. |
| |
|
|
- If you power on the headset again after turning off, the stereo headset (GBH-S200, GBH-S100Plus and GBH-S300), it connects to Handsfree profile.
- Please try for the below to play music.
1. GBH-S200: Press Vol (+) and Vol (-) simultaneously.
2. GBH-S100Plus : Press " Play" button.
3. GBH-S300 : Press " Play " button at External mode.
( * Depending on mobile phone models, some mobile phones need to be pressed one more time. )

When you play DMB or VOD, you can not |

- Depending on mobile phone models, you can not hear the sound from the stereo headset in DMB or VOD.? Please contact to mobile phone manufacturer whether the hear sound from the headset. ??

Can I use the same shaped charger of other companies, like as for camera, etc? |

- Please make sure to use only MobiFren charger not to damage the headset.

I can not play the music of the micro SD in GBH-S300. |
| |

- Please make sure that GBH-S300 is micro SD mode.
- First, check the micro SD card is inserted properly. If so, please format micro SD card, and write MP3 file again.

The LED does not glitters. |
| |
|
|
- The battery may be worn out. Please use it after charging.
- Make sure to check the LED ON/OFF mode.
- Make sure that the headset is Ultra power save mode.
- How to set up Ultra power save mode. (On first purchasing, the Ultra power save mode is off. )
- Set up: Press MFB and Vol (-) button simultaneously, till the blue and red LED glitters.
- Release: Press MFB and Vol (+) button simultaneously, till the blue and red LED glitters.

There is noise during a call. |
| |
|
|
- If there is obstacle between mobile phone and headset or it's too far between the devices, it may cause noise.
-It would be better to call a little far from the other wireless device or wireless network which may cause interference. |

- If the device supports headset and handsfree profile and its Bluetooth version is above 1.1, then you can use it. |
